After the Partum is the After Party (Mom Frida to the Rescue)

mom fridaAny mom knows, the first few days after delivering a baby can be rough, and oh so uncomfortable. Thank goodness for modern medicine and those special needed items for the (ah, hem) area down below. You know what I’m talking about.

I can’t speak for c-section moms, as I know they have a completely different kind of recovery. My last two babies have been more than 9 lbs, which makes the 4th trimester pretty painful!

One of my biggest complaints, I never had enough ice packs and cooling pads for after the hospital. Sure the hospital provides some extra, but I never leave with nearly enough. Not to mention, those hospital mesh panties just aren’t as effective as they could be. Jude is my 4th baby and this has always been a major headache come days 3-10 postpartum.

But not anymore!

Say hello to Frida Mom. The Labor and Delivery + Postpartum Recovery Kit every mom to be needs to have. It’s the mother load of labor and recovery must-haves from the first contractions to first post-baby toilet trip… and that trip to the toilet is no joke. Oy.

The handy dandy purple box comes with so many must-haves. Inside, you will find a perfect travel essentials bag that can be used after the personal care items are gone. I plan to use the bag even after I’m healed.

Inside the essentials bag are some of the greatest must-haves:

Also inside the box is the most comfortable (breastfeeding friendly) gown I have ever put on. There are side snaps to make nursing extremely easy. The gown is soft and it’s a dark gray so you can’t see those pesky milk stains. Ugh.

The final part of the packaging are some amazing hospital footies. I’m wearing those like they’re going out of style.

Frida Mom is a one stop shop for the 4th trimester. I desperately wish I would have had Frida Mom for all of my children, not to mention this is the new baby shower gift I am giving everyone! *Spoiler alert*

For more information about the Frida Mom check out this link, the entire box and individual items are all available at Amazon!
