3 Simple Super Bowl Snack Recipes!

It might not come as a surprise to you, but The Super Bowl is the second largest “food day” during the year, with the top spot going to Thanksgiving. Wow!

Most Americans double their daily calories on this day compared to any other day. The average game-time eater will consume 2,400 calories in four quarters plus halftime. Yow.

All this snacking is due to what researchers call “distracted eating.” It has been found people will eat more at mealtime if they’re preoccupied by something else, such as a big football game. Platters or boards are always a big winner at Super Bowl gatherings, whether it’s a small one or a large get together.

If you want to be a real winning host, try one of these super easy dip recipes or even add ready-to-go snacks like Expresco Chicken Skewers, Raybern’s Sandwiches and Southern Recipe Small Batch pork rinds.
