Mom-osa! 3 Recipes to Celebrate NATIONAL MIMOSA DAY

Guys. I love mimosas.

Or as I like to call them, ‘Mom-osas’. They’re the perfect excuse to tell someone you’re so healthy, you sometimes put OJ in your champagne. haha.

In celebration of National Mimosa Day on May 16th, I’m sharing my favorite brunch cocktail and a few other delicious recipes. Did you know: Mimosa is a kind of plant that can have vibrant yellow flowers. The color of a mimosa drink is said to resemble the plant’s color, hence the name.

No matter the celebration, mimosas are served up best in tall champagne glasses. They turn basic buffets and summer brunches into a festive occasion. You don’t have to break the bank to make a mimosa. Fill the glasses half full with your favorite sparkling wine (it doesn’t have to be expensive champagne) and top it off with chilled orange juice. Garnish with an orange slice, and you’re all set!

Here are a few mimosa ideas for you!
