Unique Twist on Turkey Day Leftovers

Tired of the traditional Thanksgiving Day Turkey sandwich for the entire weekend following the big day?

I know I can get tired of it really fast. I saw a recent post about this stuffing waffle sandwich and was instantly intrigued. Luckily, I had a collaboration with Bob Evans (which by the way… does Thanksgiving Day RIGHT!) so we did have some fixings leftover.

This recipe is easy, quick and really unique to the traditional post turkey day soup or sandwich.
