Back to School Cocktails

Whether it’s a woohoo! Or a boohoo situation… Back to School is a perfect excuse to indulge in a couple adult beverages!

This morning, I had the amazing opportunity to hop on a Zoom with the talented folks at WOIO in Cleveland to demonstrate some of my favorite Back to School cocktails with Buckeye Vodka.

Here are the recipes I shared!

Buckeye Vodka’s Pencil Eraser Cocktail

Ingredients:

● 1 lemon cut into 8 wedges

● 3 strawberries, hulled and quartered lengthwise

● 4 oz simple syrup

● 6 oz Buckeye Vodka

● 1 ounce cranberry juice

How to Make:

1. In a shaker, muddle lemon, strawberries, and simple syrup.

2. Add ice, vodka, and cranberry juice. Shake well and strain into three martini glasses.

3. Garnish with a strawberry and serve.

Buckeye Vodka’s Back-to-School Basics

Ingredients:

• 2 oz Buckeye Vodka

• 4 oz Lime Soda Water

• Limes

How to Make:

1. Pour lime soda water over ice and add the vodka.

2. Stir in some cucumber slices and garnish with a lime wedge.

Buckeye Vodka’s Back to School-Tini

Ingredients:

● 2 ounces Buckeye Vodka

● 1/2 oz Malibu Coconut Rum

● 1/2 oz apple juice

● Splash of Grenadine

● apple slice for garnish

How to Make:

1. Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice.

2. Pour in the vodka, coconut rum, and apple juice. Add a splash of Grenadine.

3. Shake well and strain into a martinis glass.

4. Garnish with an apple slice.
