Whether you’re hosting a party or attending, it’s always best to be prepared when it comes to taking part in a Super Bowl party.
Did you know, it’s actually the second largest “food day” of the year? That’s right, behind Thanksgiving. So how do you make sure your party is a win? Here are some super easy tips to help you make it a memorable event:
- Team Spirit: Encourage your guests to wear their favorite team’s colors or jerseys to get everyone in the spirit. Don’t forget about the fun football decorations. I found some cheap ones off Amazon.
- Game Day Snacks: Since it’s the second largest food day of the year, over prepare a variety of easy-to-eat snacks. Think, nachos, sliders, wings, and chips and dip to keep everyone fueled throughout the game. I’m adding a simple Buffalo Chicken Dip recipe here. It’s a family favorite. You can even pair it with Southern Recipe Small Batch Pork Rinds for those hoping to cut carbs.
- Create a DIY Photo Booth: Set up a corner with some fun props and a backdrop for your guests to take memorable photos.
- Prediction Game: Have your guests predict the final score or the game’s MVP before kickoff for some friendly competition. You can even ask people to keep track of their favorite commercials, as well.
- Easy Cleanup: Use disposable plates, cups, and utensils to make cleaning up a breeze.
- Half-Time Entertainment: Prepare a playlist or plan a halftime activity to keep the excitement going during the break, especially if the actual halftime show is a bust.
With these simple tips, you’ll be sure to host a Super Bowl party that everyone will enjoy!
